Paweł Łapa has served as President of the Management Board of ENERGOP since October 2017. From August 2017 to October 2017, he was Vicepresident of the Management Board in the same Company. Paweł Łapa has completed the Executive Master of Business Administration, and he graduated from the Technical University of Technology (Lublin) in Management and Marketing. Moreover, he graduated the University of Marie Curie – Skłodowska obtaining a master’s degree in Law. Furthermore, Paweł Łapa completed the GPW Growth Academy run by the Stock Exchange in Warsaw.
He has 20 years of professional experience in the medium and large enterprises sector including Integer Group, where he was responsible for operational management of regional branches, shaping and implementing management strategies in subordinate entities. Paweł Łapa was also in charge of Key Account Management in telecommunications sector. He has many years of experience in running commercial activities.
As President of the Management Board of ENERGOP he launches a lot of strategic projects, including the Investment Project „Expansion of the pipeline and steel structures branch”, increase in efficiency and capacity of production implemented optimization process, adjustment and concentration of trade activities on Polish market by offering comprehensive offer, signing the largest contract in the history of ENERGOP - approximately value 50 million PLN for the prefabrication of technological pipelines as part of an investment project.
