Monika Standziak-Koresh - Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board

Monika Standziak-Koresh graduated from the University of Warsaw, Institute of International Relations. She also completed post-graduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). 

She has over 15 years of professional experience in the field of project management, including EU Funding and managing teams in large organizations. She has extensive knowledge of strategy development and realizations of projects supporting the implementation of innovations, internationalization and human resources development in enterprises.

She served as director at the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP), Poland’s largest government agency supporting the development of SMEs. She was responsible for the preparation and implementation of a standardized methodology and project management culture, and for the coordination of key projects. She has experience in developing and implementing corporate governance principles at the organizational level, as well as creating regulations and optimizing processes and organizational structures.

Currently, she is a director of Retail Project Office at ORLEN S.A., which exercises supervision over the strategic projects in the fuel retail sector, new business development and business process design.

Since 2019, she has chaired the Supervisory Board of ORLEN Usługi Finansowe and ORLEN Deutschland GmbH
