Marcin Dec has been working in the media and advertising industry for more than 20 years, 15 of them with IPG Mediabrands Holding.
During his last four years with them, he was CEO of the firm’s Polish branch. From 2008, he was also CEO of the IPG-owned media company Initiative Warszawa and had previously served as their Media Director from 2004 to 2006, before being promoted to Managing Director.
Prior to his engagement with IPG, he spent seven years with OMD Poland where he held, among other roles, that of Managing Director in their Brand & Media division. Mr Marcin Dec was made CEO of Sigma Bis S.A. in October 2020.
