Radosław L. Kwaśnicki is a legal advisor and senior partner at RKKW - KWAŚNICKI, WRÓBEL & Partners Law Firm. He is an expert in the field of corporate law and corporate governance, in corporate disputes, capital market law matters and court and arbitration proceedings. He is also a Polish and international arbitrator (inter alia, in the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce, Court of Arbitration at the Lewiatan Confederation, International Court of Arbitration at the International Chamber of Commerce – ICC in Paris).
He is also the head of the team for increasing the effectiveness of supervisory boards and specialist coordinator of the committee for owner supervision reform at the Ministry of National Assets. Furthermore, he is a co-author of the 2020 amendment to the Code of Commercial Companies and Partnerships in the area of remote meetings of supervisory and management boards and e-meetings of owners, more, as well as the draft so-called large 2020 amendment to the Code of Commercial Companies and Partnerships in the area of corporate group law (“holding law”) and improved effectiveness of supervisory boards.
Radosław L. Kwaśnicki is a member of the supervisory boards of domestic and foreign companies, including ORLEN S.A. from 2014 to 2019.
Furthermore, Radosław L. Kwaśnicki is the author of over 500 publications, President of the Management Board of the “Jesteśmy Razem. Pomagamy” Foundation as well as Founder and Chairman of the Board of the “Nova Ars Poloniae” Foundation and Editor-in-Chief of the blog: "PRAWO BIZNESU - LAW IN ACTION".
